Terms of Use

By using EduUganda, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EduUganda at www.eduuganda.ug, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. Schools registering on the platform confirm that the information provided about their institution is accurate and up to date.

3. School listings

School profiles are verified by our team before being published. EduUganda reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate information.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscription fees are charged annually in advance. Payments are processed via MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. All fees are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are non-refundable after 7 days of activation, except in cases of technical error.

5. Prohibited activities

You may not use EduUganda to post false school information, spam other users, attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on EduUganda — including the platform design, logo, and editorial content — is owned by EduUganda. School profiles contain content submitted by schools, who retain ownership of that content.

7. Limitation of liability

EduUganda provides school information for reference purposes. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information on the platform, and we do not guarantee admission to any school listed on the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
