1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when registering, including your name, email address, phone number, and school details. For parents and students, we collect application details and document uploads. We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, search queries, and device information to improve our platform.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to: provide and improve our services; send application status notifications and school inquiries; process subscription payments via MTN MoMo and Airtel Money; and communicate platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data sharing

School profiles are publicly visible. Application data is shared only with the school you applied to. Parent contact details submitted via school inquiries are shared only with the relevant school. We may share anonymised, aggregated data for research purposes.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers in Singapore (Supabase) and protected with industry-standard encryption. File uploads are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 2 years after deletion for legal compliance.

5. Your rights
