Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free → Silver → Gold → Platinum at any time. When you upgrade, your new plan activates immediately and you are billed the difference.
How do I pay?
All payments are made via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money Uganda. You simply select your plan, enter your mobile money number, and approve the prompt on your phone. Activation is instant after payment is confirmed.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. All plans are annual subscriptions. You can cancel at any time and your plan continues until the end of the billing year.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at billing@eduuganda.ug for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available.
Does the free plan ever expire?
No. The free listing is permanent. Your school remains listed on EduUganda at no cost indefinitely.
Do you offer discounts for multiple schools?
Yes. If you manage more than 3 schools, contact us at info@eduuganda.ug for a group discount.
